The thing is, once upon a time these things were quite popular. How did people go so very wrong? Will someone look at the Food Network many years from now and think, "My god, what were they thinking?!" I sure hope not.

And yes, some day we will look back at our Rachael Ray cookbooks with glee. Time to place bets... what's going to be the ridiculous in retrospect food for our generation?
