Dating Eval Form
So I am officially an internet dater. Yes, I made the leap and signed up for match.com. I have to confess, the whole thing is a little overwhelming and the recruiter in me is trying to find useful and efficient ways to sort through the potential matches. To that end, I created my online dating eval form. If you click on the images above, you'll get versions you can actually read. The format should look familiar to some of you. Let me know if you have suggestions for further criteria or revisions!

OMG this is AWESOME. i would kind of like to use it when we prep for our interviews next year to give people a set of criteria they can understand/relate to (oh can i? can i? can i?). it might make them less hesitant to give out 7's left and right :p
Yes, sure, use it at will. For dating, for interview training, for laughs...share the love. I'm sure Doug, Margie, et al would love to see what I've done with the rigorous training I received at NVP/EC.

My best friend and I used this to debrief her most recent 8 HOUR DATE!!!! Apparently he is good to go and hopefully they will be going out for a 12 hour date soon ;)
