WaMu no more!

I closed my WaMu account. Woohoo!

This despite the fact that there is no telephone option to close your account. You have to randomly pick something else in order to talk to a live person. Their menu doesn't even have the option of pressing 0 to talk to a live person. After the woman took down my info, I asked for a confirmation. There is no way for them to schedule confirmation letters, you have to call back (horror upon horrors) after it's been processed. Then she said at the end I can do probably view it online, but I'll believe that when I see it.

I'm so glad to wash my hands of them.
